Slots are limited to 30 minutes. US residents only. Maximum two calls per person within six months. Now through April 1, 2027, U.S. consumers that have purchased a FUJIFILM-branded X Series or GFX System digital camera or lens product may schedule and receive a free, up to 30 minute consultation with a Fujifilm Technical Service representative, if available (the “Fujifilm Tech”) (ARV: $299.99) upon registration at www.FUJIFILMTechTime.com. Consultation will pertain to features and use of FUJFIILM-branded X Series or GFX System products only. Scheduling is subject to availability, with time slots assigned upon completion of registration on a first-come, first served basis. Reservations will be considered cancelled if the registered attendee does not log into the appointment within 10 minutes of the reserved start time. Valid phone number and email address is required for registration and scheduling. Each confirmed registrant will be required to join an on-line Zoom (or other Fujifilm-designated on-line meeting provider) call / meeting at the scheduled time for the consultation. The assigned Fujifilm Tech will join the on-line call/meeting within ten (10) minutes of the scheduled time slot, or the call/meeting will be rescheduled. In no event will the on-line call/meeting exceed a total duration of 1 hour from the scheduled starting time slot. Time slots applicable Tuesday-Thursday, between the hours of 1:00pm and 5:00pm. EST only, or as otherwise determined by Fujifilm (note that consultation hours may change without prior notice). The applicable Fujifilm Tech will be randomly assigned by Fujifilm in all instances. Any advice, statements or recommendations provided by the Fujifilm Tech during the consultation are based on the information, understanding and best judgment of the individual Fujifilm Tech at the time, and do not constitute a Fujifilm product or service warranty. Recommendations are provided for the independent consideration of the individual Offer participant only. In no event will Fujifilm be liable for any damages whatsoever resulting from the statements or actions of the Fujifilm Tech or otherwise relating to this Offer. This Offer has no cash value and may be terminated by Fujifilm at any time and for any reason as to any particular Offer participant or as to further consultation registrations at any time.
